I also expect the Americans to be able to produce their own burger from scratch. I mean, we have seven great bakers in the tent, and I'm sure they're going to be able to understand a very basic American classic. It's making a burger bun. That's the key element in this particular challenge. You want a nice dome on the top of the bun. It should have a nice chew to it. It's about consistency in color, consistency in size. "
