350 grams ground almonds

PASSIONFRUIT CURD
4 egg yolks
3/4 cup caster sugar
100g European butter, melted
3/4 cup passionfruit pulp
FROSTING
10 Large egg wites
2 1/4 cups caster sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
4 cups European butter, room temperature
1/2 cup Coconut Cream
1 teaspoon pure coconut extract
