Elimination Cook-Off on Food Scraps
The final cook-off required Michael and Keith to creatively use common food scraps, testing their ability to elevate discarded ingredients into winning dishes.
Chefs had to craft dishes from scraps like onion skins, carrot peelings, celery tops, and stale bread within one hour. The challenge aimed to push creativity by forcing chefs to rethink typical ingredient use, reflecting the sustainability commandment’s depth.
