100 g European butter 1 tsp vanilla powder 70 g powdered sugar, sifted 150 g goat cheese 100 g cream cheese 1⁄4 tsp lemon juice
Method
Cream butter with vanilla powder until light and fluffy. Beat in the powdered sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, goat cheese and lemon juice until combined.
Slowly add cheese mixture to butter and cream together until light and fluffy.
