½ cup dairy free sour cream ½ cup oat milk, mixed with 1 tablespoon lemon juice ¼ cup mayonnaise 2 garlic cloves, crushed ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper ¼ cup finely chopped fresh chives 0.5 teaspoon Sumac 10 fillets Anchovies
Method
Often, our recipes are complicated, to achieve "television ready" dishes. If you would like a version you can easily make at home, please just ask.
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and whisk well. Put the sauce in a blender with the anchovies and pulse until there is no sign of the fish. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Chill until ready to serve.
