Ingredients
8 fresh apricots, halved and pitted (or 16 dried apricot halves)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
3 whole cloves

Instructions
Combine honey, water, tarragon, pomegranate molasses, and cloves in. saucepan.
Bring to gentle simmer.
Add apricot halves, poach gently for 8-10 minutes until tender.
Remove apricots, reduce poaching liquid to syrupy consistency.
Strain out solids, reserve syrup.
Cool apricots and syrup separately.
