200ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Instructions
Whip cream to soft peaks.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla, whip to medium peaks.
Gently fold in pomegranate molasses (don't overmix - some marbling is nice).
Chill until ready to serve.
