Grating Frozen Butter Technique

At the moment I'm just grating frozen butter and that will be mixed into the flour so that'll create a buttery streak. So when it cooks, those will puff up to make it puff. This technique involves putting butter in the freezer until hard, then grating it directly into flour. The frozen butter pieces create distinct layers that puff up during baking, creating the characteristic flaky texture without extensive rolling and folding.
