Garam Masala

From Hindi garam (hot) and masala (mixture), Garam Masala is a basic ingredient of many regional Indian foods. You will find that our Garam Masala is more intense than hot. Heavy Metals - we grind and blend our seasonings in small batches. Although heavy metal testing on small batches is cost prohibitive, we have tested the heavy metals in the ingredients of this blend, and they fall below guidelines set by ASTA and the European Union. The FDA has not set guidelines.
