Mary Berry's Religieuses

Religieuses (French term, meaning "nun") are double layer choux buns, filled and decorated. They were the Signature Dish in the 2024 New Year's Day special episode of The Great British Baking Show ™, and in Series 9, Kim-Joy also included religieuses in her semi-final showstopper.
