Manon: "Some chai tea bags gives a bit more flavor to the dough... In France, we're very lucky to have a bakery every five minutes walk. But since I'm in London, it's quite harder to find bread... And it's so satisfying. You just come out of the oven. It smells delicious." Heart-shaped buns incorporating apricot and cranberry.
Paul Hollywood noted: "Very neat. Slightly overbaked. The edge is definitely tough. The flavor is fantastic... The marzipan really works with the fruit and the apricots as well. Dough has got a gorgeous structure. If you brought it out five, seven minutes early, they would have been perfect." Good flavors but timing issues with baking.
