Traditional batter with mustard powder, filled with spiced chicken in tomato and saffron sauce, topped with toasted almonds
Look fairly uniform and well risen. Same amount of filling in each one. Good color and toasted nuts. Great consistency inside with irregular air pockets. Well baked. Chicken flavors coming through beautifully. Love the sultanas and fruitiness. Done very well overall.
