Contains quail eggs and piccalilli layer, encased in hot water crust pastry. She describes it as using 'aubergine and a little bit of mushroom to give, like, the umami taste of the pork.'
Paul: 'Pies are very neat, quite robust. Is that beautiful? Well done. The egg is bang in the middle. I think it could have done with a little more salt in it, but the pastry is delicious.'
