Job: Head of Fundraising for the English Heritage

Ian was born in Australia but moved to the UK 20 years ago. He works as head of fundraising for the English Heritage. He lives with his partner of 10 years, Stefan and their cocker spaniel Monty. 

Ian is a self taught-baker and only started 10 years ago. He wishes he could join the WI – if they allowed men. Aside from baking he enjoys working on his allotment, walking, visiting National Trust Properties and going to farmers’ markets to taste local food produce.
