Ingredients

Toasted Rice & Cardamom Meringue Nests
Honey-Tarragon Poached Apricots
Walnut Praline
Pomegranate Cream

Instructions

Place meringue nests on serving plates.
Spoon pomegranate cream into center of each nest.
Arrange poached apricot halves on top of cream.
Drizzle with reserved poaching syrup.
Scatter walnut praline pieces around and on top.
Garnish with fresh tarragon leaves if desired.
