Pear and Blue Cheese Cookies

I'm really surprised to see that the internet can't find another recipes for these lovely cookies. The cheese is mild but adds a lovely salty twist to these soft, chewy cookies.

I used Gorgonzola cheese in this dish. I recommend Stilton, too. I experimented with Cambazola, which is creamy but not really strong enough to stand out.
