{Toby}: "So these are rolled oats because I'm doing a carrot cake recipe, but just replacing the flour with oats. When I was young, I really wasn't that bothered about flapjacks, but I really like carrot cake, so I thought I'll make carrot cake flavor flapjacks." {Toby}: "Toby's flapjacks will be individually molded to resemble a slice of carrot cake and topped with cream cheese icing."
{Paul}: "I think they look lovely." {Prue}: "They really do look great." {Paul}: "The spice level is cinnamon. It's quite high. I like it. But I wanted that carrot cake taste." {Prue}: "I added a tiny bit more in today than I normally do. It's a shame because texture I thought was great." {Toby}: "What made you put more cinnamon?" {Prue}: "Last week I put a little bit extra in and they loved it. So I thought this week I'll do the same. Whack. A little bit extra in. That's too much."
