{Aaron}: "So my flapjacks are Earl Grey whipped ganache and lemon jam. The Earl Grey isn't like a dominant flavor. It's like a bridge."
{Paul Hollywood}: "Bridge between what?"
{Aaron}: "Between the lemon. Yeah. And the rest of it."
Aaron's flapjacks are dedicated to his friend Latifa, who can't get enough of his lemon jam. He's hoping the judges will be just as convinced with his flavors.
{Paul Hollywood}: "I love the decoration. I think it looks beautiful. Really neat. I'm dying to see what it tastes like."
{Paul Hollywood}: "That's delicious. God, the lemon gives it such a lift. I can get the Earl Grey. I think you've done a really good job."
