Red Wine Rendezvous' Flapjacks

{Jessika}: "So I've done a lot of homework for back to school week, so I've decided there's going to have red wine, poached pears, stem ginger and dark chocolate ganache. It's going to be like a mouthful." {Jessika}: "Inspired by our close friend Audrey's favorite flavors, chocolate and wine, Jessica's flapjacks will be finished off with poached pears." {Jessika}: "Are you going to be top of the class today?" {Jessika}: "I don't know, but I just don't want to be excluded from school. I don't want to go home."
{Paul}: "Looks so interesting and different. I like that. It cuts neatly, doesn't it?" {Prue}: "It does." {Paul}: "I like the flavor. Texture for me is a little too gluey. Okay." {Prue}: "Well, it might be the pear." {Paul}: "It's really softened up the flapjack itself." {Jessika}: "Would it have helped if I added more like say like jumbo oats in a crunch, probably. I actually added the ratio. I reduced the jumbo oats, thinking that would be a better idea."
