Four celebrity bakers took on the signature challenge with a decorated tray bake - a sharing-sized sponge cake with a highly decorated top, any flavour they chose. The results ranged from the heartfelt to the spectacular. Jojo Siwa leaned into her larger-than-life personality with a sprinkle-loaded confetti cake in Stand Up to Cancer colours, while Richard Herring baked a pistachio and apple sponge carrying a deeply personal cancer awareness message. Molly-Mae Hague charmed the judges with a beautifully executed carrot cake dressed as a vegetable patch, complete with fondant bunnies, earning a Hollywood Handshake. Babatunde Aléshé went all-in on his favourite flavours - caramel, biscuit, and buttercream - and also walked away with a handshake, leaving the tent barely able to contain his excitement.
