Iain's banana bread flapjacks will be covered in layers of walnut paste, white chocolate honey ganache and caramelized banana.
{Paul}: "Very good. Caramelized banana slices on the top. Makes my mouth water. You certainly get the banana less so the walnuts." {Prue}: "It's a bit soft. A little bit longer.
