Cherry and Coconut Flapjacks
{Nadia}: "So I'm starting me cherry jam on the way to school. I used to love a coconut chocolate bar. I used to buy the cheese two pack because I love them that much. So I want this to be a cherry version of that chocolate bar." {Nadia}: "Nadia is hoping to recreate her favorite childhood treat by coating her coconut flapjack and cherry jam with a perfectly tempered chocolate top."
{Paul}: "There's a lot of chocolates on the top of that which is why it didn't set." {Prue}: "I'm not getting a huge amount of coconut because what's dominating is the half inch of chocolate." {Paul}: "I agree. Too much chocolate cherry is perfect. I think they look lovely." {Prue}: "They really do look great."
