Katianna: "I was adopted and moved to upstate New York when I was three months old. My dad is Jewish. My mom is Irish Catholic. I have an older brother who's not adopted. It wasn't until I met my husband, who's Korean. I started diving into what does it mean to be Korean American and trying to develop that cuisine."
