Prue Leith: "The trickiest part is not being too ambitious. 24 biscuits. Absolutely perfect. All the same thickness, same crunchy texture. It's a really difficult challenge."

Paul Hollywood: "You've got to decide whether you want it to snap or be a bit like shortbread. But biscuits is one of my firm favourites. I just hope and pray that they give me a mug of tea big enough so I can dunk all the biscuits in."
