The Salade Nicoise challenge resulted in two more aprons being awarded to Vilte and Daniel, advancing them further.
Vilte’s creative carpaccio of tuna and rescued soft egg yolk impressed the judges with balance and presentation despite her initial panic.
Daniel’s rustic but flavorful salad execution, with perfectly cooked tuna and a balanced vinaigrette, earned him an apron.
